BLVCK Dynamic Weather
CodeM BLVCK Dynamic Weather - Premium Weather & Time Admin Panel for FiveM
A standalone weather and time control system with an interactive Los Santos map panel. Set static weather per region, build timed forecast schedules that advance automatically, draw custom polygon zones on the map, and control the in-game clock — all with zero framework dependencies. 15 GTA V weather types, 4 preset city regions, unlimited custom zones, smooth transitions, temperature effects, and a developer API for missions.
Built from the ground up by CodeM for server owners who want full weather control without fighting a sync script.
FEATURES
- Interactive map panel with per-area weather icons, temperatures, and flowing wind ribbons - opened via configurable chat command (default /weatherpanel)
- Two map layers - City Wide (4 preset city regions) and Zone Base (custom admin-drawn zones that override cities on overlap)
- 15 GTA V weather types with smooth blended transitions - configurable duration for wet (default 15s) and dry (default 1s) weather
- Static or dynamic mode per area - fixed weather with one click, or a timed forecast schedule that advances automatically
- Per-area temperature control with configurable Celsius or Fahrenheit display
- "Change Static Weather For All" bulk action - set every city or zone to one weather in a single step
- Weather stays in sync for all players - client self-heals external changes within 2 seconds
- On-map zone editor with freehand polygon drawing and box mode (resizable rectangle)
- Shape editing - drag corners, double-click edges to add points, drag mid-edge handles to curve edges
- HSV color picker, rename, delete (with confirmation), hide zones while drafting, undo/redo/reset
- Server-enforced limits - 200 zones, 1024 points per zone, 24 forecast entries per area
- Dynamic forecast scheduling - weather type, temperature, and trigger time per entry with drag-and-drop reorder
- Real-time server clock scheduling by default with configurable timezone offset, or in-game clock mode (one config line)
- Panel shows "Up Next" with relative time display and day-wrap logic
- In-game time control at configurable pace (default full day in ~48 minutes) with 12h or 24h clock format
- Heat haze effect above 35 degrees C (GTA native timecycle modifier, self-healing) and cold frost overlay below -15 degrees C (screen-only, no conflicts)
- 4 preset city regions out of the box - Los Santos, Sandy Shores, Paleto Bay, Great Chaparral - add more in config
- Developer API - client exports (getWeather, getTemperature, setLocalWeather, openPanel) and server exports (getTime, setGlobalWeather, setAreaWeather, freezeTime) with cdw:onWeatherChange event
- All API overrides are temporary and never persisted - admin setup stays clean
- Fail-closed 4-layer permission system - ACE object (dynamicweather.admin), identifier allowlist, qb-core permissions, and custom hook function
- Startup self-check warns if risky principals hold the admin ACE or a conflicting weather resource is running
- Every action validated server-side with rate limiting and type checking
- JSON persistence by default (zero setup) or MySQL via oxmysql (one config line, auto-fallback to JSON)
- 9 theme color presets or any custom hex - English and Turkish locales included, add any language by copying one file
- Standalone, lua54, zero dependencies - all config files, locale files, and server/permissions.lua are escrow-ignored
- Built by CodeM - Rockstar / CFX.re Verified asset creator with 8,000+ servers running CodeM scripts
